                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO 
                   ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH CAMPBELL & 
                   ASSOCIATES, RELATIVE TO SERVICES TO BE 
                   PERFORMED AT THE DODSON AVENUE HEALTH 
                   CENTER, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED SIX 
                   THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY AND NO/100 
                   DOLLARS ($6,740.00).
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to enter into an 
       Agreement with Campbell & Associates for services to be performed 
       at the Dodson Avenue Health Center for an amount not to exceed 
       $6,740.00.
